Boujee Drip Refund Policy
At Boujee Drip, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund option under specific conditions. Please read our refund policy carefully before initiating a request.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable for returns requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, kindly provide clear images/videos when submitting a refund request.
Refund Process:

- Approval & Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your provided address.

Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be issued after successful verification of the returned product.
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.
- Customers can choose between store credit (faster processing) or a refund to the original payment method.
- A ₹399 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for refunds.
- Accessories and innerwear cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
- Refunds will not be provided for exchanges—only store credit or a replacement will be offered.
