At Boujee Drip, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy makes it simple to exchange or return your items.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7-8 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In their original packaging with all tags and labels intact
Sale, clearance, or customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: T-Shirt
Discounted or final-sale products
3. Exchange Policy
We currently offer size exchanges for the same product (subject to availability).
If the required size is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Extra shipping charge of ₹99/- on COD orders. refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items unless the product delivered is defective or incorrect.
In case of defective/damaged products, Boujee Drip will bear the return shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dripboujee16@gmail.com with your order details and product photos.
7. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at dripboujee16@gmail.com with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions.
Ship the product to the provided return address.
Once received, we will process your exchange/refund as per policy.
